Cancellation Policy
Payment for extension hair is required before booking confirmation. The cost of the extension hair ordered is non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note a cancellation fee may apply for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.
